As I am over 55 years of age, I've noticed I'm not quite as sharp as I used to be so decided to try this product. I did indeed notice an improvement in alertness and mental clarity.

This product has a good composition of what I was looking for, B3,B6,B12 plus Folate+Guarana and of course Bacopa, Gingko and Lions Mane. A nice thoughtful concoction which is helping me focus more during working hours!!
